When can I check the deposit?

When will my order be delivered?
| In principle, purchases made before 3 p.m. are shipped on the same day except weekends and holidays. Please note that the delivery period takes an average of 1 to 2 days when the product is shipped, and may vary depending on the delivery area. |
How can I exchange or return it?
| If you want an exchange or a refund, please contact the customer center or the Q&A bulletin board. We will process it right after we check if it can be exchanged or refunded. Requests for exchanges and refunds can only be processed within 3 days or 7 days, including the date of receipt of the product. You can only get a refund if you haven't used it more than 1/3 after opening the product. In the case of an exchange or refund due to a simple change of mind, a refund will be made after confirming the deposit of 7,000 won for the round-trip shipping fee. (In the case of Naver Pay orders, a refund will be made after deducting 7,000 won.) If you receive a product with a problem, Your Choice will pay for the delivery fee and contact the customer center, and we will take care of it quickly. |
